These terms apply when you use thekrazeagency.com, sign up for Feed Check or apply to Handpicked. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
WHO CAN USE THE SITE
You must be 18 or older to apply to Handpicked or to submit a brand partnership request. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
OUR CONTENT
Everything on this site, including the Kraze name and logo, text, design, graphics and campaign examples, belongs to The Kraze Agency or to the creators and brands we work with. You may view and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, sell, scrape or reuse it without our written permission. Creator content shown here belongs to its creators.
WHAT YOU SEND US
When you submit an application, inquiry or other material, you confirm it's accurate and that you have the right to share it. You keep ownership of your content. You give Kraze permission to review it, store it and share it with brand partners in order to consider you for Handpicked or respond to your request. We won't publish your content publicly without your separate approval.
HANDPICKED
- Handpicked is invite-only. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, a campaign or payment.
- Any paid partnership will be covered by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
- Creators in the program must follow the FTC Endorsement Guides and each platform's rules, including clearly disclosing paid partnerships (for example, #ad).
ACCEPTABLE USE
Don't use the site to break the law, impersonate anyone, send spam, upload malicious code, interfere with how the site works, or collect other people's information.
OTHER SITES
The site links to and embeds content from other services, such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their terms apply when you use them.
DISCLAIMERS
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Results from past campaigns are examples, not promises of future results. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent the law allows, The Kraze Agency won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
INDEMNITY
If you misuse the site or break these terms and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
