This policy explains how The Kraze Agency ("Kraze," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information through thekrazeagency.com, the Handpicked program and our Feed Check newsletter.

WHAT WE COLLECT

• Info you give us: your name, email, brand or company, social media handles, website, and anything you write in our forms or emails.
• Newsletter signups: your email address and whether you open or click our emails.
• Automatically: pages you visit, how you got here, device and browser type, general location (city or region), and similar usage data, collected with cookies and Google Analytics.

We don't knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we don't ask for payment details on this site.

HOW WE USE IT

• Review Handpicked applications and match creators with brand partners
• Reply to your messages and partnership requests
• Send Feed Check and other updates you signed up for
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it
• Prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run parts of our business for us: Netlify (website hosting and forms), beehiiv (newsletter), Google Analytics (site statistics) and CookieYes (cookie consent). They may only use your info to provide their services to us.
• Brand partners, if you apply to Handpicked as a creator and we consider you for a campaign. We share only your public creator profile and what you tell us in your application.
• Legal and safety reasons, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and, with Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages people use. We don't use advertising cookies. Embedded Instagram and TikTok posts may set their own cookies, and those platforms' privacy policies apply to them.

If you visit from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies, including analytics and embedded posts. Until you accept, those posts show as still images. You can change your choice anytime with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Everyone can also opt out of analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in their browser.

Our cookie consent tool is provided by CookieYes, which stores your choice in a cookie so we don't ask again.

Do Not Track: our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

YOUR CHOICES

• Unsubscribe from Feed Check anytime using the link at the bottom of every email.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@thekrazeagency.com. We'll respond within 45 days.
• We will not treat you differently for making a privacy request.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

If you live in California, you can ask what personal information we've collected about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you can also ask whether we've disclosed your info to third parties for their own direct marketing; we have not. To make a request, email hello@thekrazeagency.com. You can also make a request through an authorized agent.

VISITORS FROM THE EU AND UK

If you're in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information based on your consent (cookies and newsletter), our legitimate interest in running and improving our business (forms and inquiries), or to take steps toward an agreement you ask for (Handpicked applications). You can access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to how we process it, or withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Your info is stored and processed in the United States.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep Handpicked applications and inquiries for up to 2 years, newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and analytics data for up to 14 months. We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it.

SECURITY

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

CHILDREN

This site and the Handpicked program are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email hello@thekrazeagency.com and we'll delete it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. If we make a significant change, we'll also post a notice on the site or email subscribers.
